Rules
Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
Before starting any request, it is mandatory to send me back the signed quote that I would have sent you. As long as the estimate is not signed, I will not be able to start the commission.
Depending on the request, a 50% deposit may be required.
The payment is done via Paypal or bank transfer only.
I reserve the right to decline any order against my ethics as NSFW (sexual, hateful, racist) or to draw in a style that is not mine.
Due to the work I do from the sketch to the final product, I am not able to offer refunds:
• Once the final files are delivered I am not able to offer refunds of any kind as each step will be validated and discussed beforehand.
• Partial refunds will be considered on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed. Partial refunds may be issued if the client decides to abandon the project midway through or if we cannot agree on the final design.
The emotes are for private use on Twitch / Discord, you cannot resell it or mass produce it as merchandise for sale. The copyright is retained by the artist (caudiptera) after the emote is delivered.
How do I order?
1. To start the commission, send me a message with your requirements, description, provide reference photos, images, links, colors and ideas of what you want. I will send you a quote that you will need to return to me signed. Until the quote is signed, I cannot start the commission.
2. Once signed, I will send you one or more sketches so that you can see if the concept suits you. Modifications are possible, you can ask for them until the sketch matches your expectations.
3. Once the sketch is approved, I will start the colorization process. I will send you the drawing to see if there are any adjustments needed. At this stage, it is impossible to change the overall composition, only the colors.
4. Once the colorization, shadow and light are validated, I will send you the rendering and the invoice by email.
